You're in safe hands. HDHub4u Review publishes editorial reviews and consumer-information articles only. We never host, store, stream, link to, or distribute any copyrighted films, TV shows, or other media. If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, the procedure below makes it quick and easy to let us know — and we'll act promptly.

1. Overview

HDHub4u Review ("we", "us", or "our") complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA", 17 U.S.C. § 512), the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, the European Union's Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market, and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions in which we operate.

It is our policy to (a) respond expeditiously to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement, and (b) terminate, where appropriate, the access of users who are repeat infringers.

2. Scope of this policy

HDHub4u Review is an editorial publication. The content on this website consists of original written reviews, opinion, and informational guides authored by our editorial team. We do not:

If you have arrived at this page believing that HDHub4u Review distributes copyrighted material, you may be looking for a different website. The piracy operations we cover editorially are not affiliated with HDHub4u Review and do not respond to notices sent to us.

Notwithstanding the above, if you believe any text, image, screenshot, quotation, or other element on a HDHub4u Review page infringes your copyright, please use the procedure in Section 3.

3. How to file a DMCA takedown notice

To submit a notice of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), you (or your authorized agent) must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material — typically the full URL of the page on HDHub4u Review.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Send your notice to:
  • Email (preferred): dmca@hdhub4u.support
  • Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice — [URL of page]"
  • Postal mail: HDHub4u Review, Attn: DMCA Agent, 14 Prince's Gate, London SW7 1QA, United Kingdom

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will (a) remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing, (b) notify the user or contributor responsible for posting the material (if applicable), and (c) document the action in our internal compliance log.

4. Counter-notification procedure

If you believe that material we removed (or to which we disabled access) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which HDHub4u Review may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.

Counter-notices should be sent to the same DMCA contact in Section 3. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the material in not less than 10 nor more than 14 business days following receipt, unless the original complainant first notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.

5. Repeat-infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. HDHub4u Review does not currently host user-generated content, but where any limited form of user submission is enabled (for example, comments or guest contributions), this policy applies.

6. Misrepresentation & bad-faith claims

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or a service provider injured by such misrepresentation. We review every notice for facial validity and will reject notices that are plainly defective, abusive, or filed for an improper purpose (for example, to suppress lawful editorial commentary, criticism, parody, or fair use).
